FUEL EFFICIENCY (ROLLING RESISTANCE)

Class A includes tyres with the lowest rolling resistance, whilst class E has the highest. Rolling resistance affects the car's fuel consumption and emission levels. The lower the rolling resistance, the greater the fuel economy and the lower the environmental impact

BRAKING DISTANCE ON WET SURFACES

Class A designates the shortest braking distances on a wet road, whilst E is for the longest. This parameter describes the wet grip of the tyre, which is important for safe driving. The higher the class, the better the tyre's properties.
